LAUNCH: Gatto by MiaCara – Designer Cat Furniture for Fussy Felines

After looking on enviously at their canine counterparts, finally the world’s most refined felines can get their claws into MiaCara’s debut collection of modern cat products. The German brand for design-lovers and their pets has launched Gatto, its first ever collection of contemporary objects for cats.

Carefully crafted using exquisite yet functional materials, MiaCara Gatto features objects for climbing, scratching, eating and sleeping, all in the brand’s signature pared-back style.

Standout pieces include the Anello Cat Basket – a modern cat bed made from bent plywood and fitted with a sumptuously soft faux fur cushion; Vista – a multifunctional cat climbing tower that will give kitty the best view in the house; Topo – a tantalising new sheepskin cat toy, and MiaCara’s first range of catBars – wood and stainless steel double feeders that are truly fit for a feline feast.

MiaCara Founder Sebastian Zweig said: “We have such a passion for creating beautiful and functional products for dogs, and when we discovered that some customers loved these pieces so much, they were purchasing items from our canine collection for their cats –then it was only a matter of time before we extended the range for our feline friends. Mia, our new Russian blue kitten has gladly stepped into the role of muse and chief cat product tester. We are so excited to see cats and design-lovers all over the world enjoying the Gatto collection.”

Coming soon in the MiaCara Gatto collection are the Torre and Volto cat scratchers – stay tuned.
