NEWS: London’s First Cat Cafe Opens!

Hold onto your scratching posts people, London’s very first cat cafe is now open!

After breaking the news back in January 2013, that cool that and crazy cat lady Lauren Pears got the crowd-funding support she needed to launch London’s first cat cafe, we then dangled the Bethnal Green location of the pussy emporium in front of you like a tasty sardine in September. Now after many months of patiently waiting, we can reveal that Lady Dinah’s Cat Emporium is open!

The purrrfect place for London’s busy cat lovers to sip a warming cuppa and stoke a calming kitty, the furry urban oasis in the east end is now home to 12 resident felines, rescued with the aid of the Mayhew Animal Home.

Lady Dinah’s customers can enjoy a two hour visit in the cafe, with delicious cream teas, cakes and of course, plenty of cuddles. They can also watch the cafe’s resident kitties go crazy on their giant cat exercise wheel, as gifted by makers Maclaw.
