Sally Muir’s A Dog a Day art project is on show at the Anthropologie Gallery until the 18th February, with your chance to take home one of these prized pooch pieces.
If you haven’t been following artist Sally Muir’s year long, art-meets-dog-fest – A Dog a Day, then where have you been!? After the success of her Best in Show – Knit Your Own Dog book, Sally em-barked (pardon the pun) on a mission to sketch, draw or paint a dog a day for 365 days. Since last February, Sally has posted hundreds of dashing and darling doggies on the A Dog a Day Facebook page, for a daily dose of doggie goodness.
Chic style emporium (and avid dog-lovers) Anthropologie loved her woof-tastic work so much, they’re featuring it at their Gallery on the Kings Road until the 18th February. Dog devotees can pop down to peruse the pooch pieces, with prices starting from £200.
Sally will be at The Gallery all day tomorrow the 8th February, doing doodles of doggies for £20 each, with all proceeds being donated to Bath Cats and Dogs Home (please note, slots for a sketch must be booked, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if there are any late places left, or call The Gallery directly.
Sally’s A Dog a Day exhibition is on at Anthropologie, The Gallery, 139 King’s Road, London, SW3 4PW until Tuesday 18th February.
